Dear Ministers, I send you this e-mail with the hope that you and your Government will take action to STOP the bombarding of our beautiful country with toxic poisons including 1080 and Brodifacoum. There are other options for example "self-resetting bait stations". Maybe you could take the time to answer this question: If the WHO state Brodifacoum should only be used in Bait Stations and should not be used near water, then why is DOC: a) dropping bait from helicopters? b) dropping bait in our seas and waterways?
Please follow Westland and Taupo District Councils who have banned the aerial use of 1080.
